In the midst of the 2019-20 season, we cannot fail to share with special affection the visit that Canal Cocina paid us at the end of last season, 2018-19, as part of a project to raise awareness of the quality and native varieties of oils in the Priego de Córdoba Designation of Origin. In our oil mill, we guide them through the careful process of making our olive oil. We finish the programme with the awaited tasting… We have no doubt that they will be back soon!
